I bought these knee massagers as a backup, been using massagers for a year, my knees are stronger, more stable, less discomfort . Use every evening on both knees for 2 sessions. I’m grateful, was so discouraged when diagnosed with osteoarthritis, not able to be active as I was… now, although not as in past, I’m out and about, active, keeping fit.
